Who is the Person in Charge for Modifications on the Website?

Is it possible to get a private Access of the University's Internet Explorer?

No. The login allows students or collaborators to visualise internal contents. But this does not include an access on internal net structures on drives K, P or S (= Semester Works).
But you are free to store data under http://www.freeoffice.de/ Dateien up to 25 MB. You must transfer them from the University's Computing Centre, you can revise and edit them at home, you transfer them again and get them back at the University ... and of course, you may receive (zipped!) data files via mail.

What can I do, if the internet page doesn't fit on my page?

Just change the format of your printer into horizontal ("landscape") format.
