Foundation and number of members of the Registered Association of Friends and Former Students of the Biberach University

Some general informations and number of members

Allready one year after the foundation of the Public Civil Engineering School in Biberach, an Association of Friends of this School was founded in Biberach.

This foundation was initiated by the following construction companies based in Biberach:

- Grüner & Mühlschlegel
- Josef Zeller
- Georg Schmid
- Karl Keller
- Christian Betz

At the foundation meeting on 10 June 1965, the 71 founding members elected Oberbaurat Henne (Ulm) as the first President.

From 1975 to 1999 Dipl.-Ing. Max Mast was the President of the association.

Since April 2000,

Dipl.-Betriebswirt (FH) Peter Eberhardt.

is the new president of the Association.

The number of members has increased up to 1200.
