Requirements
qualification

- general or subject-bound baccalaureate
at general-educational, technical or commercial highschool
- advanced technical college entrance qualification ,
which allows to studies in Baden-Württemberg
- other certificates
which were aquired outside of Germany. Acceptance needed.
(Uniiversitiy) Certificates from abroad need to be shown to and accepted by the "Ausländerstudienkolleg" at the University of Applied Sciences in Constance, before applying for a university place. There, if necessary, one has to prove the knowledge of the German language, which has to be veryfied for the application of a university place.

building climate
(when lacking professional backround)
Completion of a 2-month pre-internship, in which one gets an insight into the field of action in building climate, such as planning offices or in site management.
The practice is preferred to take place in executing firms as well as in the site management of planning offices or FM-service providers.
Pre-internships have to be accomplished before starting the studies. Exceptions are only possible in special cases. Everyone has to find the place for a traineeship him/-herself. |
