The completion of projects (planning and construction) is for some years in a change, which will presumably still strengthen. The tendency is that we see more and more an holistic completion of the projects, which will be made by general planners, general contractors or contractors. More control in the building sector is necessary to have economic and technical succes. This control will be increasingly accomplished by external or firm-internal project controlers and managers. More qualified project managers are needed for this task of service at the construction-site as well as in the industry.
