Who wants to use the career turbo, should realize what strength it requires to become a good project manager. Projects managers can only have success, if they have enough technical competence and knowlegde about methodology in the project. Besides that, they need to have enough social competence to work in a team. A project manager has to be able to present and document new projects, to supervise and control the work and to motivate the team. Above all, the project manager must notice thoughts, feelings and ideas of him-/herself and others. As a project manager you must communicate with the people, mediate in case conflicts appear and create new solutions - inwards with the team - and outwards with the client.
