The modules are manifold networked: e.g. the methods lectured in Biberach are completed in London with specific Anglo-saxon viewpoints and compared to other strategies in other countries. Project studies are always focussed in a different way and integrated in a larger theme group. English for Real Estate Managers is an integrated part of the blocks 2 and 3

The lectures of blocks 1, 2 and 3 as well as the project week in Zürich are mainly given in German, whereas block 4 is teached in English.

Different activity confirmations are integrated in the course of studies. They are done as homeworks, presentations and tests. All the examination will be done at the Biberach University of Applied Sciences as so-called external examinations.

After the end of the 4 blocks and the integrated project week, every participant has to prepare an independant Master thesis, where he has to analyse and show up solutions of a practice-oriented problem of real estate business. This thesis can also deal with proper professional problems or case-studies. For the completion of this Master thesis the Public Biberach University of Applied Sciences awards a government authorized academic degree "Master of Business Administration" (MBA).
