We require completed studies (University, University of Applied Sciences, Professional Academy) and espially business-, economy-, construction oriented studies or law studies. The applicant should have a practical experience in building industry or in real estate economics of at least two years.

In case of other qualifying studies we kindly request you to contact personally the direction of studies.

The number of participants is limited. Admission according the arrival of the applications.

The Total Fee of the Master Study "International Real Estate Management" is 15.450,- Euro (documentation and examination included) and is not subjected to added value tax.

The amount also includes a registration tax of 250,- Euro. You have to pay the fees for the 7th year course (2008/2009)as follows:

• The registartion fee has to be paid immediately after reception of the confirmnation of the admission
• The first part of 7.600,- Euro has to be paid up to 01.12.2007. In case of registration after 01.12.2007, you are kindly requested to pay immediately the amount of 7.600,- Euro.
• The second half of 7.600,- Euro has to be paid at least 4 weeks before the beginning of the forth block taking place in Great Britain
