The organiser of the post-graduate course of studies MBA "International Real Estate Management" is the construction Academy Biberach. It is a private law and non-profit foundation and it can be considered as one of the largest academies of German University landscape offering a lot of seminars and projects of know-how transfer between science and practice.

The Department of Management (Construction and Real Estate) is the main responsable for the MBA "International Real Estate Management" in matters of structure and contents.
The Department has allready shown how to organize with success an extra-occupational postgraduate course of studies: Since 18 years, the postgraduate course of studies "Management" is organized with so much success, that the demand is still larger than the available places - even though the capacities had been enlarged several times.

The London South Bank University, is situated in the heart of London South of River Thames. It counts some 18000 students comming from more than 60 different countries and is considered as one of the largest universities of the country. The Centre for Surveying in der Faculty of Engineering, Science an the Built Environment is one of the best known training and formation institutions of the British real estate economy. Since several decades, the centre offers to real estate professionals different undergraduate and Master studies, developed with partners of the British real estate economy, e. g. Jones Lang LaSalle. All the courses are RICS accredidated. The block of our Master studies organized by the London South Bank University is founded on this long experience and profits of the good connections of the University with British real estate economy. However, the course is particulary adapted on the intereste of German speaking participants.
