Objectives (Learning Outcome): Application of the fundamentals for the creation of digital building models. With the help of a construction project, students are enabled to independently prepare and create building models and derive information from them (plans, tables). Students learn the fundamentals of transferring model data to software for evaluation (open BIM and closed BIM).
Lecture topics (content): The following contents are taught in the Building Information Modelling 1 module:
- Creation of AIA and BAP, as well as model parameters
- Project concept for the interaction of software, hardware and network systems
- Transferring the project requirements into the software landscape
- Creation of projects and families
- Derivation of construction documents (plan documents, tables, output formats (open and closed formats)
